Richard Ramirez, also known as the "Night Stalker," famously wore sunglasses during his trial for his crimes. According to reports, he wore the sunglasses to display a sense of defiance and to intimidate witnesses and jurors. The sunglasses also became a part of his public persona, as he continued to wear them during interviews and media appearances. Ramirez was eventually convicted and sentenced to death for 13 murders and numerous other crimes. He died in prison in 2013.
